To provide equal opportunity to all employees and expand diversity in the organization, State Street engaged CDT to build a comprehensive career management program. The system we implemented with State Street includes:
- Training employees in effective career management and the use of the online tool, DevelopmentWorks®.
- Training managers to coach and support their employees in career management.
- Providing a Train-the-Trainer program for State Street in-house delivery of both workshops.
- Providing a site license for DevelopmentWorks® for State Street employees world-wide.
To date, more than 20,000 State Street employees have access to DevelopmentWorks®. The organization continues to roll out the workshops across the United States and in many of their overseas facilities.
