CDT has supported development for government employees at locations spread across the US and in centers around the globe, including Korea, Germany, and Hawaii. Over more than a decade, all of CDT’s tools, including workshops, books, offline tools and our online web software, have been used for a variety of populations.

Most recently, we were presented with the challenge of providing development programs to government employees at dispersed locations. Because a workshop environment was neither physically nor economically practical, program participants were given the opportunity for individual phone coaching with one of our master development coaches after completing our online CareerPortrait® assessment — an economical way to provide individual attention where group gatherings are not possible.
